Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hours notice.
My Policy:
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee, which will be charge to your card or can be sent over Venmo @charlimorin. The amount charged will be equal to 75% of the booked services. If the services are cancelled an hour before or less the amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I realize that emergencies occur, in the state of a true, unforeseen, or unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged but will go towards your future appointment
